This design is great if you have a small yard... In fact, it is the best.
You can have one wire at the top of the fence and one at the bottom. Complete security in the back yard. This design can be manipulated to give no signal in some areas by touching the wires together. The closer the wires are the less signal you will get.
-
Featuring a mini signal at the bottom to stop the dog from digging in the garden
-
A top signal if your dog tries to jump the fence
-
The issue with most fences is they need 1.5m of a radio signal – so your dog has nowhere to play once the radio signals come out
-
In our system you can manipulate the range of the signal - you only need a short range on top and bottom and that is great
NOTE:
-
Transmitter signals incline to distort in 90-degree angles, hence corners should be rounded.
-
A continuous wire loop that goes back to the transmitter is a must
-
Keeping the wire safe underground, it should be buried one to three inches under. This way accidental tripping over the wire is avoided or getting the wire tangled in a lawnmower and cut is averted
-
For the future expansion of the layout, have to give some allowance on the wire
